1. Please check your email in time, if the product is out of stock and delivery fails we will email you. The failed delivery parcel will be kept in the post for 7 days; the parcel should be picked up within 7 days or it will be destroyed by the post. If the Client does not respond to the PICK UP INFORM email, Coramoon will not be responsible for any delivery failed parcel.

2. If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email sevice@coramoon.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll check into it immediately!

3. Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

*Especially Expedited shipment, in particular, has 10% Probability will be taken taxes and duties. If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties, the destination country will destroy the parcel, If the parcel is destroyed due to Client reasons, Coramoon would not take any responsibility for it. And no refund for the destroyed parcel.

4. Our warehouse is in China, currently, we have not yet set up overseas warehouses. So all returns should be sent back to China.
