Returns & Exchanges Policy
-All returns and exchanges must be processed within *14 days of receiving your order*.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you with the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on the package. Or no refund will be issued.
-Products with non-quality problems will not be refunded, but you can exchange the items you ordered and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
(Given that some customers did not carefully check the product size chart before placing the order, they reported that the product did not fit well and asked for a refund after receiving the goods, causing a loss of money and time for each other. We want our customers to check the size chart carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary cumbersome procedures.If our buyer wants a refund or return due to the situation described above., the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.)
*We do not accept any request for exchange & return once the "specials" are sold. Purchase Not Eligible for Return ("specials"):
1.Clearance item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Swimsuit(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to the Coramoon warehouse for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. The returns period applies to the time in which a return must be requested.
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order shave already been shipped.
